We as American citizens have the right to a fair, secure and reliable election process. This institution is fundamental for our control and influence over our government and how it operates. It should be protected and scrutinized at all levels for corruption and modified as necessary. Instead we see for the last thirty years or more a totally corrupted election system that is controlled and operated by big corporations, the rich through two political parties. Voter fraud is a crime and we are going to prove that it is running rampant in Los Angeles, California. We are going to raise funds for the research and development of "alternate voting systems" that will guarantee a valid, reliable and secure voting process for the American people.
Corruption in our judicial system will not be tolerated! The judicial system in Los Angeles, California is a disgrace. It is racist against Black-Americans-Only and is directly responsible for allowing millions of illegal aliens to come into the city and force Black Americans into poverty and homelessness. Most low income Americans can not even afford access to our judicial system now because they do not have the money to pay for good legal counsel! The legal counsel that is provided by the Public Defenders Department for the poor and Black Americans is an atrocity! This is forcing the Black American population into prison concentration camps that are making profits by keeping Black Americans incarcerated. They even have the nerve to be on the stock market! We are going to take steps to end this corruption!
What we see under the Fascist Bush Regime is total disregard for the civil rights and laws that were designed to protect Black Americans as United States Citizens. Black Americans are guaranteed "equal protection" under the law by the United States Constitution. Instead we receive "absolutely no protection under the law" under the Bush Regime! This is not 1906 or even 1936! Black Americans do not have to be "Good House or Field Negroes" at all times and take all the abuse by this racist society. We do have the right to protect ourselves and the right to "enforce the law." If our government will not use our tax dollars to enforce the law for us then we need to do it our selves! We should not have to pay taxes for the corrupt law enforcement that we see today. Instead Black Americans should pay their taxes to our own law enforcement agencies.
One area that we see is especially lacking in law enforcement is in employment law for Black Americans. This is allowing employers to give preferential treatment to foreigners and whites over Black Americans! This is forcing Black Americans into poverty all over the United States. This is especially true in Los Angeles, California were employers in the public and private sectors are allowing legal and illegal aliens to take over jobs, professions and contracts in all fields. These discriminatory practices in employment are illegal! There just is no enforcement for Black Americans. When you file a complaint to the D.F.E.H. or the E.E.O.C. they will just tell you to file a law suite. Most employment law attorneys want thousands of dollars to bring an employment case to trial. If you just lost your job how are you going to pay for this?
In the year 2006 we see that Mexicans have their own radio and TV stations broadcasting 24 hours per day 7 days per week and Black Americans do not have one station! What is wrong with this picture? The Network TV broadcasters even have the nerve to hire more Hispanics than Black Americans in all positions! Blacks have to conform to their image of a "Good House Nigga" 100% or they will throw them out on the street at the drop of a hat! How come there are no Black Politicians discussing these issues? These are the issues that will empower Black Americans?
