Declaration From The Forgotten Americans Network
Black American Occupational Forces
Occupation Of Los Angeles County

Our specialized law enforcement agency for Black Americans named L.A. B.A.M., is going to receive funding for our Occupational forces to end the corruption and racism against Black Americans in our local government, judicial system and all law enforcement agencies in Los Angeles County. We will set up our field offices in mobile trailers at City Hall and at the Board's Hearing Room located at 500 West Temple Street, Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration in Los Angeles to begin to develop our programs and monitor corruption in our local government, judicial system, correctional facilities & law enforcement agencies. We are going to take over internal affairs investigations of LAPD officers for violations against Black Americans! We will also take over the Ombudsman office of the LA County Sheriff’s Department.

Any Sheriff’s deputies or LAPD Officers found committing criminal misconduct of any kind, will be arrested and their badge and guns confiscated pending prosecution under the fullest extent of the law! We will over see criminal court cases against offending officers that will have all Black American juries. Funding for our take over of Internal Affairs will come from the monies saved by the arrest and conviction of criminal LAPD officers that have been allowed to operate in the ranks of LAPD. These funds from the City & County of Los Angeles, will be used to fund our B.A.M officers.

We will also work with I.C.E. officers to review the immigration status of Hispanic officers in LAPD and will deport all officers that have been hired in LAPD with falsified documents. Hispanic officers that have been arrested by our officers will have all family members deported from this country that are over here illegally.

Grounds For This Action

Ernest L. Moore who is a natural born American Citizen, was "framed up" by several Hispanic, White and Asian LAPD officers in 2001 in front of his own home and Internal Affairs covered up the crimes of those LAPD officers in their investigations. LAPD continues to “occupy” what is left of Black American communities and has refused to provide proper protective services to law abiding Black American Citizens in their communities. LAPD is only enforcing the “Fascist Status Quo”, in our communities that has lead to the decimation of Black Americans by their Hispanic agents of genocide that are here legally and illegally. In 2011, Black Americans do not receive any protection under any laws of our constitution in Los Angeles County. This includes employment laws and civil rights laws.

The local government politicians in the City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County have done nothing to end this “War” against Black Americans and subversion of their communities by their Fascist styled occupational police forces. All Black American politicians have turned their backs on the decimation of Black Americans in Los Angeles county and have not even attempted to take any actions against this warfare or even to speak out against it!

Ernest L. Moore has been the victim of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department also. Sheriff’s deputies have consistently refused to enforce any laws to protect the rights and personal safety of Ernest L. Moore under any circumstances. The Ombudsman office has done nothing to satisfy his complaints or taken any actions against the deputies that were reported to them.

LAPD Hispanic & White officers and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies are making false arrests against Black Americans and allowing them to be driven into prison concentration camps by our judicial system in Los Angeles County. Los Angeles County Hispanic & White Sheriff’s Deputies are using excessive force against Black Americans and killing Black American males in the Twin Towers Correctional facility that is run by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies.

Ernest L. Moore has been the victim of the Los Angeles Superior Courts that has involved several corrupt judges that have operated their court rooms in a criminal manner with Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputies acting as their private “thugs” to protect their criminal and unethical behaviors in the court rooms that they preside in under “the color of authority.”
